Whilst we request that the item isn't left with a neighbour, in some cases it may be unavoidable, we would advise to check with any neighbours who may have signed for the item.
Please contact us by phone on 01926 298499 or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will submit a claim to the relevant postal service. Please note depending on the circumstances it may take some time for a claim to be processed with the postal carrier and we may not be able to provide a refund or replacement until they have processed the claim. We may also require further information from you to dispute the delivery status with the delivery company.
Please note for lost packages Royal Mail may not consider the package lost until 15 days have passed and have a long claims process. We try our best to make this as pain free for the customer however we must follow the relevant procedure.
