To replace your battery outside of the warranty period we recommend using a trusted local jewellers. If you have any trouble changing the battery please contact us or bring it in to your local store. During the first 12 months of the warranty period we recommend sending the watch back to us for a battery replacement which may mean that the watch has to be sent to the official service centre for the brand in question.
