We accept payment online and over the telephone by credit or debit card and payment by cleared cheque through the post. All payments online are processed securely using encryption and will appear on your statement as First Class Watches or our parent company First Class Watches Limited.

Our system operates so that your card payment is not processed until the day of the item despatch (unless you pay with PayPal or Amazon checkout). Therefore, please ensure you have adequate funds in your account to cover the order. If we have a problem with your payment we will inform you either by our email or telephone. It is recommended that you check your email often if the order is urgent, as we may need to contact you before we can despatch your order when payment cannot be taken.

International orders can be placed through the First Class Watches checkout. If you are shopping from outside the UK we try our best to provide a localised experience and we accept euros, US dollars and Australian dollars directly on our relevant websites. All other currencies will perform the currency conversion automatically so the amount you pay may be slightly different to that quoted depending on the rate used by your bank.
